Olayan Descon

Established in 1981 in the Industrial City of Jubail as a strategic joint venture with Descon Engineering Ltd., a leading Pakistani based Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) company. Today, the enterprise known as “Descon” is comprised of Olayan Descon Industrial Company Ltd. (ODICO) and Olayan Descon Engineering Company (ODECO). As an integrated engineering and industrial services company that is fully capable of handling medium to large projects, Descon has accumulated an immense amount of experience and local sector-specific knowledge enabling the company to offer turnkey EPC services for various projects. With over 150 million man-hours of construction work executed within industrial and infrastructure projects, Descon relies on a core team of more than 2,600 professionals who provide their expertise to its clients. With two ideally located facilities on either side of the Arabian Peninsula, one in Jubail and the other in Yanbu, Descon serves all of its customers’ needs with the highest level of service and support.
